Confidentiality: Clients may have access to proprietary, confidential information regarding

Sunshine Lifts. Clients agree to keep all proprietary knowledge, trade secrets, and other confidential material, disclosed to them by the company, in confidence and trust and shall not use such information for any purpose other than the purposes expressly authorized by the company.

Non-Disparagement: Clients agree not to engage in any action or conduct or make statements that could reasonably be expected to disparage or harm the reputation of Phoenix Legacy Foundation, its employees, or its business interests.

Phoenix Legacy Foundation is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided.
